Account Access Guide

To begin working on your business, I’ll need access to a few accounts.
Don’t worry — you are NOT giving up ownership, just granting permission so I can manage and optimize things for you.

  1. Facebook Page Access (FULL CONTROL REQUIRED)

⚠️ This is the MOST important step. Without this, I cannot manage your page, run ads, or post content.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Log into Facebook on a computer (recommended)

  2. Go directly to your business page (not your personal profile)

  3. On the left-hand side, scroll down and click:
    👉 Settings

  4. In the left menu, click:
    👉 Page Setup → then Page Access

  5. You will see a section called People with Facebook Access(Make sure you are in FULL CONTROL, not ADMIN ACCESS)

  6. Click:
    👉 Add New

  7. Click:
    👉 Next

  8. Enter this email:
    👉     solarveilstudio@gmail.com (Joshua Solar)

  9. Click:
    👉 Next

  10. IMPORTANT: Toggle ON:
    👉 Allow this person to have full control

  11. Click:
    👉 Give Access

  12. Enter your Facebook password to confirm

GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE ACCESS

Manager Access for SEO & Updates

Add This Email:
solarveilstudio@gmail.com (Joshua Solar)

1. Log into the correct Google account

2. Search your business name on Google

3. Click:
👉 More (3 dots)

4. Click:
👉 Business Profile Settings

5. Click:
👉 People & Access

6. Click:
👉 Add

7. Enter:
👉 solarveilstudio@gmail.com

8. Set role to:
👉 Manager (or Owner if discussed)

9. Click Invite
